Chimney Rock — Attraction in Fairfax

This view point is worth taking the hike. It's a not so steep hike, so it's pretty easy. It takes around 30-45 min to reach the Chimney Rock. You can spot deer during the hike. Amazing views of the ocean and the dock from here. Keep on the trail to reach the point where there are benches to rest and enjoy the sunset/sunrise. It’s a nice hiking spot and a beautiful view throughout the walk. It’s an unauthorized trial but very easy walk. If you you are lucky seals can be seen and also dolphins. Drive to this place is a single road without lanes. That means cars driving back need to stop at turnouts to yield for the incoming car. It's a short "hike" from the parking lot to the end of the trail (20ish minutes) but it's a great view of the coastline, the waves, and the open ocean.
