This is JUST a review for the parking lot, lol. Great view, open bathrooms. No exceptional amenities; the toilets don't flush (open tank - same idea as a porta potty but permanent; standard nature park bathrooms) and there are no sinks, and there isn't a visitor's center in the lot or anything.
Be warned: it is VERY windy and chilly (at least in March when I was here), even though it's sunny. I showed up with a sweatshirt, a flannel over shirt, knit gloves, a beanie and boots, and I was still too cold to make the trek to the top. If you have long hair, tie it back as tight as you can or cover it. I tied mine into a loose braid when I got there and the wind quickly shook it mostly loose (again, with a beanie on!!).

Dress warm!! Bring a coat, hat, gloves, blanket - whatever you need to protect yourself from the intense wind. Yes it's worth it. The walk from the parking lot is a slow steady upgrade, but doable. The stairs down to the lighthouse were closed, but it was fine. You could still see everything. A few tourists, a couple professional photographers up there, and probably some locals.
