It took a little over one hour drive from either SF or Oakland to reach Point Reyes Nation Seashore. The typical visiting route is: Inverness Store. The store is a little rundown, but it does have the delicious sandwich and good coffee, at the backyard of the store, you will find the shipwreck, a good photogenic spot.
