The Bright Spot Cannabis Dispensary & Delivery — Attraction in Fairfield

I've never had a pleasant experience coming here, and I don't understand why. All these reviews boasting the customer service, or the "family like environment". I feel like you had to have already known the people working here, before coming here.

The lady at the front is never paying attention, hardly ever looks up from her monitor, eyes completely glued to the screen. This is the only dispensary I've been to where you scan yourself in. I was so confused when I first came to this dispensary, the lady at the front seemed very annoyed to have to explain to me how IDs are scanned. Even today I'm still confused about how IDs are scanned, because there is so little interaction between me and the people working the front, that I always feel the need to clarify if I'm good to go after scanning my ID. It seems they will very rarely say anything after the initial "Hello, welcome in."

The budtenders seem like really nice people, but they are often having conversations with the other customers, or amongst each other, while dealing with me on the side. My last experience was with a woman who was straight BLASTED, which would be cool if she was at least knowledgeable about the products the dispensary carries. She was offering me a product that is way too strong for me, even though I could see the product I actually wanted on the shelf behind her. She gave some excuse as to why she didn't see it earlier, before zoning out and staring off into the distance. "It's a different color, they must have changed the packaging!" No, it's always been the exact same color and packaging for years, you're just really really high.

This place gives me crazy anxiety walking in, and mild depression walking out. I wish I could stop coming here, but they carry something that the other nearby...

It was my first time ever in any dispensary. I am a retired veteran so going into places like this was out of my norm. I decided to ditch my prescribed sleeping pills that were making me feel comprise and sick and inquire about some edibles or something that will help me a more natural way. I walked in and everyone was very friendly. From the guard, to check in and check out. At first, the check in person scans your ID and has you sign a waiver and tells you as a first time customer, you get 20% off. Then, you’ll find an open agent and they get you all set up. I met up with Dominic. He was super knowledgeable on all the products. I told him my concern, what I’m interested in and what I’ve already tried and disliked. He had so many suggestions, pulled out all the products and spoke about them and the effects they have. He even went the extra mile and helped with my husbands order which was over text and I couldn’t really understand because I have no idea what anything is. He knew exactly what it was, pulled everything out and bagged everything in less than 15 minutes. Glad I came in at the perfect time because once I left, the line was 10 people deep. For my first experience in a dispensary, I’m glad I went to this one. Dominic is an amazing person who’ll help you take care of what you’re looking for. Definitely...

Update: 1/2025 MJ, Amber, and Peter provided excellent customer service. MJ was able to share with personal experience which helped me find pain relief. Update: Excellence in staff performance. Friday evening can be very busy and parking limited. I appreciate the recommendations of products related to the pain relief necessary. ......................................... The staff here are extremely helpful in finding the correct product to meet your specific needs ie; arthritis relief, a mild sleep aid, or mild anti anxiety relief. Just ask for a recommendation.

The parking lot is fair in size and inside plenty of staff...
