First time visitor. Very nice staff. She walked me up to the field and explained the difference between the 2 types of lavender and showed me how to cut them.
If you use Google GPS, the name of the road is different where it tells you to turn, but it’s the right road, wrong name (according to the sign). Just follow the map part, it was right.
Also, there’s a ton of bees so keep that in mind if you are allergic. I had a couple land on me, just had to be mindful not to brush them off and let them fly away on their own. Maybe don’t wear bright colored clothing or sweet smelling lotion or hair products. I realized that I did have a sweet smelling lotion on, not sure if that made them more interested...
