Esperanza Ranch — Attraction in Fallis

Responding to the below comment from Julie i was also a guest as well as maid of honor at esperanza ranch on may 26th. If you look at a previous google review (I will insert here) "the customer service experience we had the night of my wedding was completely unacceptable. The specific employee (will not name their name) was rude to my guests" I will name the rude individual her name was sierra. I spoke with one of the gentleman who was apart of the ranch staff and he told me he had to "send sierra to the house which i should of done way earlier due to her behavior". Also he admitted we were being mistreated. For the price we paid for this venue there should of been some sort of compromise. But instead we received some one who had such a large ego and refused to be of any help or service to us in any way. We were told we would be provided a ladder, side by side, and trash cans. Non of the above were provided. The arch was stuck inside of mud which guests had to move themselves. The bar service had decided to leave and we were refused to use another one of their approved vendors. They also went into the rooms where our personal items were being stored and went through our personal belongings. Also ate our food when we specifically said that they were not welcome to eat any because of how upset we were. Then as the night went on we couldnt even make the best out of the situation because the employees of the ranch continued to escalate things unnecessarily not even allowing us to make the best of it. I truly hope no one books this venue because it is not cheap until they go under new management. Apparently this is a ongoing issue due to other reviews this is not going to be fixed. Also i would like to mention it seems as if the reviews are being responded to by sierra if you can tell the argumentative response. I cannot say enough great things about Esperanza Ranch! For anyone who is looking for a venue for a special occasion, not only do you get the beautiful views and cozy barn, BUT you also get the most amazing and helpful staff that you could ever ask for with Esperanza Ranch! Let me tell you just how amazing Esperanza Ranch is- We experienced our worst nightmare the day before our wedding- the venue we had booked lost power during an ice storm and didn’t expect it to be back on for at least a few days. We had less than 24 hours to figure out where we were going to get married since we already had friends/family come into town and had paid all of the vendors. We frantically started calling LITERALLY every venue within an hour drive, and as you can imagine, most people were unable to accommodate us on such short notice. When we contacted Esperanza Ranch, they were empathetic to our situation and said they wanted to help us however they could. They said they didn’t have a wedding scheduled for the next day and said we could come tour the venue immediately and then make our decision. The owner wasn’t even in town, and she still coordinated everything! She created a layout of how everything could look, and when we got there the next morning, all of the tables and chairs were already setup and we were able to get to work decorating. She even worked with us on waiting for us to get a refund from our first venue- and then us paying Esperanza Ranch! That is unheard of! In less than 24 hours, they accommodated all of our requests and made our wedding the most magical experience we could ever ask for! The staff was responsive and the most wonderful people I’ve ever met, and they literally put in SO MUCH work just to make our wedding happen when they could’ve easily said they couldn’t do it with so little notice. And then throw on top in the middle of a pandemic and an ice storm! If you want the most beautiful venue and the most amazing staff to help make the wedding of your dreams, look no further than...

Honestly don’t even know where to begin! This was the most amazing day and we attribute every bit of it to Esperanza Ranch! So many things went wrong (weather and other vendors), but you wouldn’t have known it! They were perfect from start to finish! I was a giant stress ball leading up to the wedding and every time I had a question or concern, Mindy was quick to answer and put my nerves at ease.

We LOVED the bride and groom suites. The guys had a blast watching football and playing games all day! The bridal suite... breathtaking! I cannot wait to see the photos! The grounds are stunning and every detail is carefully maintained with so much pride. Natalie was onsite all day to help us with our every need and she even drove me over and calmed my nerves before I walked down the aisle (I’m sure that’s not in her job description). Every tree has lights and at night.. no photo could begin to do it justice! When you’re standing under those beautiful lights looking up at the stars.. only then will you truly understand the magic they have created.

My only regret is that the day ended and now all we have are the amazing memories... we would like to just move in and stay there forever. If you’re hesitating on this venue.. DON’T!! We had cancelled one venue due to Covid and the experience wasn’t great.
