Faribault Family Aquatic Center — Attraction in Faribault

I haven't been here in many years, and it was a nice place to bring our grandkids to cool off. However, I'm so disappointed that they changed their policy to "no outside food or drinks allowed." We used to come with a picnic basket and our kids, and put our blanket out as they didn't have many chairs back then, but sad they changed that. We had our picnic lunch and had to leave it in the car, taking turns to go eat and drink. They won't even allow water bottles!

So much fun for the entire family. The younger staff members seemed irritated with my autistic son not always responding to their whistles but older staff recognized their was something more going on and made conversation with me about him being nice about it. Felt they actually were understanding about him. The glares from some of the younger lifeguards weren't necessarily needed but it wasn't to bad. The whole family enjoyed themselves. in the photo I took I show that they take the whole space of the space trampolin and the tobigan to put a child's play, even having a CHILDREN'S SPACE does not seem to me to be their best organization or technique. I could not go back there and they only make people pile up no matter how full I was!
