Baxter Lake — Attraction in Farmington

I don’t normally write reviews on lakes, seems foolish to critique Gods work. However, this experience was absolutely terrible. It started with launching the boat. 15-20 people swimming on the boat launch which clearly indicates no swimming. Backed my boat up and most people got out of the way.

People on the water were extremely wreckless and seemed to have no sense of boater safety. The jetskis were extremely dangerous driving in and out of boats, getting close to ramp off the wakes and so on. I was fishing and couldn’t do so because of the waves.

I decided to call it a day. It took a me ONE hour to retrieve my boat. The boat in front of me was full of four drunk people who couldn’t get the boat on the trailer. Followed by four boats no practicing boaters mannerism by launching while I was waiting on the ramp to retrieve. EVERYONE WAS RUDE.

Not to mention the drunk girl who flipped her kayak on the boat launch four times and who couldn’t stand. Her kids did not move for people launching and retrieving boats.

NH marine patrol needs to be present here. Every where you look, there is a violation. I have boated on over 40 lakes/ponds and have never had such a bad experience. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
