A Most Regrettable Experience at Conant Acres, Triumphed by Sandy River Farms
In the realm of customer service and business etiquette, my recent experience at Conant Acres Farms was, to put it mildly, abysmally disappointing. Our simple request for four gallons of milk, to be reserved for a mere three hours, was initially met with what seemed like competent assurance. Alas, this assurance was but a facade.
Upon our return at the agreed hour, we were greeted with a baffling scenario: not only was our milk sold to others, but also we were informed, quite nonchalantly, that replenishment was a distant prospect of four days. One could perhaps overlook such an oversight, yet what transpired next was unforgivable.
The matriarch of Conant Acres, in an outburst most unseemly for a lady of her stature, proceeded to berate us, her tone escalating to a cacophony of unprovoked fury. It is one thing to err in a business transaction; it is quite another to assail a customer with verbal vitriol.

This exemplary establishment, open round-the-clock, not only offers raw whole milk at a more palatable price point but does so with a level of service and decorum that is the hallmark of true professionalism.
In conclusion, whilst I am a staunch supporter of local enterprise and have previously enjoyed the milk from Conant Acres, I find myself unable to countenance such discourteous treatment and unprofessional conduct. Henceforth, my patronage, and indeed my recommendation, lies firmly with Sandy...

Very bad business practice from our experience and we will definitely not be doing business...

Also: they sell raw milk (across the street)--call and find out how to purchase it (though it's also sold at 'Better Living Center'...
