Being a snowboarder I had to compromise my values to buy a foliage lift ticket at one of the only two ski areas in the US that discriminates against me and my family. But…. It truly is amazing. Foliage ride on oldest chairlift co Tinkham’s running in the US. 1947! The mountain is beautiful. Single seat chair is very special. Long Trail at the top for hiking. Apres on the amazing deck. Beer and chicken sandwich was glorious. Thank you mad river. Reconsider your policies. All of my family minus my wife also skis. So at the end of the day you are loosing the business is a snow enthusiast family because you won’t let my wife snowboard at your mountain. Pretty weak in my opinion.

Sooooo good he expert terrain is just unmatched. Someone said its a big playground for advanced skiiers, and i completely agree. If it wasn't for the old, small, lifts, I'd ski here ALL the time and as much as I could. It's just epic. "Ski it if you can" is a fitting motto

Came here with my family to go up the lift on the one-seater. Very beautiful, it was my first time doing it and would definitely do again. I noticed a lot of people will hike to the top and take the lift down, so that is an option too!

A wonderful ski area for powder and mogul hounds or people who are turned off by the commercialization of ski mountains with high prices, crowded runs, and busy lodges. If you are looking for serene (and solo!) chairlifts, lots of moguls all to yourself, and quaint and retro amenities then this is the area for you. Go after fresh snow for great powder. Just don’t expect much grooming on...

Very unsafe ski “resort”. Or more like sledding hill. The employees here are always drunk, and not into public safety for their customers. Very outdated ski lift that feels like the chair is just going to fall off at any time. Just a very bad place all around. Everyone has a bad attitude, and are very unpleasant, and nasty people. Not even sure how they are still legally in...
