We arrived around 2 pm and the location was decently busy. My kids had fun running around and jumping. I purchased a ticket for myself to jump and play with them however, it was a waste of money due to there being hardly any staff supervising the different stations. It was hard for me to take my eyes off them because I felt like there was no one else supervising the entire group of kids playing at each station.

On multiple occasions I could hear the staff that were working complaining of no one relieving them for breaks or that they were working doubles. Trust me I get the frustration of being short staffed- I’m a nurse and it’s not uncommon for me to work understaffed and I gets it’s frustrating. However there is a time and a place for complaints and that isn’t while staff is simultaneously buckling my child in a harness to do a suspended course. Thankfully, there was no issues there but what if she hadn’t buckled her in correctly because she wasn’t paying attention due to her conversing with other people?

My son who was barely too small for that course wanted to do the rock wall instead however was told he could not because there was no staff available to supervise that location. This was naturally the only thing he wanted to do and he couldn’t.

I spent more time helping my own children and other children get the swing up the ramp so that they could go again than the staff “working” at that location. The staff primarily stood behind everything including the children which led me to believe she probably couldn’t even see that well and she really did not direct any of the children when they were getting a little rowdy.

While there, I’m assuming a manager of some sort got on the overhead speaker asking a staff why there were too many kids jumping on the trampolines without correct socks. I’m sure that is important to maintain equipment but as a parent, I don’t want to hear a critique of your staff over the loud speaker. As a manager you should either: go to that staff, resolve the situation yourself, or get walkie talkies to help with communication.

And the final straw for me was when my kids (8 and 5) went to the dodgeball area to play with some friends they met. I observed no staff supervising this area which allowed multiple boys roughly ages 10-13 to play aggressively with each other and showing no signs of care for those around them. I directed my own children to avoid those boys and they did. After about 5-10 minutes of watching this another parent and I agreed that it was wild they had no staff supervising this area and how dangerous it was that the older boys were playing this aggressive. At that moment, a staff overheard and jumped up and “organized” a game of dodgeball among all the players in the area. She briefly said “no hitting in the face” and then stepped off to the side and then a few moments later left to get a child an ice pack. Again, leaving this area unsupervised by staff. I continued watching my own kids and then observed one of the older boys straight pummel my 5 year old with a ball that would have easily taken out an older child. My son and I knew the risks of him bouncing and playing in there with older kids however the actions of this one boy seemed purposeful. Not to mention directly after he hit him, the boy started looking around made eye contact with me and that is when I stated “Really?! He is 5 - why did you need to throw it that hard?” The boy quickly looked away and continued on but I did remove both of my children and we left the facility.

I am fully aware there are multiple aged children in the facility and also that there was an “All Stars” event too which led to maybe more kids at that time than normal - however, spending $88 dollars to go bounce around and play indoors WITH my kids (due to the heat and rain) just to end up leaving much sooner than anticipated because of the lack of staff and staff supervision is a major disappointment and a huge annoyance considering the amount of...

It wasn’t my kids experience that left us to give a 1 star, it was the customer service as parents. I didn’t write a review at first because it would have come out as emotion and not as fact or professionalism. I sat for 30 mins in tears because of the rude manager. If it wasn’t for family who we haven’t seen in a while, we would have left right away. We were told by one person that the bag of socks we had were fine and then we were halted and stopped before walking up the stairs that we had to pay for different socks after we just dropped $70 to let our kids play. We have a very tight budget and had we known the cost prior we would have told family we couldn’t come which is our fault but another $15 just on socks when we had a ton of socks meant for indoor trampoline places. They did end up giving us socks but it wasn’t out of kindness but attitude. I was accused of yelling at a child which I never did, was I controversial yes, but that’s allowed when your being asked to pay more money after we were just reassured we were good. If you have children there working who are learning don’t send them to do your dirty work in difficult situations. These teens working there, they should have been used to monitor you on how to handle these situations. Asking questions is allowed when your expected to pay more money for something, being aggressive and rude to a customer and walking away when they are speaking and then accusing them of things and still walking away is not how to handle situations especially as a manger. You’re not setting a good example for those children. But then again she wasn’t a child. The sweet girl at the front desk was but there was no yelling there, she just has a lot more to learn and didn’t seem confident in her answers. Saying “I don’t know” is a lot better than making up policies and rules, allowing for time to get the correct answer.

There are better places to go for experiences like this. I am all for teenagers needing a place to work and learning how to deal with the world we live in, but making sure they have a manager that treats every situation with grace and understanding and is willing to teach your child how to be a respectable adult is something that should be highly considered before taking on a job here.

Did my kids have a great time, of course they did, they were with family and had a place to run around and move. If we paid $70 for just our kids, I wasn’t going to leave after an hour. I could have used that money to spend a whole day at kings island and I would have been able to do activities with my kids unlike here where I could only watch unless I...

We were members here for a short time, but this place has quickly gone down hill. There are many of these trampoline parks in the area, and I would absolutely steer very clear of this one. Think of other places. The activities offered and proximity to our house were the upside, but Adrenaline is so poorly run and managed that it’s frightening. Michelle, who happens to be part owner, is a main part of the problem. It’s sad. We’ve seen her be wildly rude to guests unprompted in the past, show a very childish attitude, and be simply unprofessional. The sort of thing you’d come to expect from a failing business. After showing up on a ‘Glow Night’ and witnessing an absolute meltdown of any sort function to this place, and her initiating an extremely rude crass attitude towards me, we will never be back or spend another dime in this establishment. Beyond that, to then accuse in their response to my review that I “threaten a manager after hours” is 100% false and shows exactly how far this tactless management is when it comes to dealing with patrons. I personally would never dream of contacting any employees outside of their work. I don’t have the time nor desire to do anything remotely of the sort. Adrenaline, PLEASE name the employee and show ANY evidence I had contact with anyone employed at Adrenaline. I’ll be waiting. Perhaps they are wishing me to stoop to their level, but I won’t. I stand by my experience and my review 100%. You can see others prior. Even mistreating a handicapped child’s mother and commencing a to yell at her in front of customers. Michelle and her husband Troy are untrained in this business with no real structure and are focused purely on profit and it shows glaringly. Insufficient staffing for safety, lack of cleaning, broken equipment, in addition to ownership that is classless and rude to guests, I’ll be surprised if this place is open a year from now. It’s evident after several visits that the owners are at a loss of understanding the golden rule of running a business which is providing respect to customers, and providing a quality experience or service that leaves patrons wanting to return. This place couldn’t be farther from it. If you want your kids to have good clean fun in this area with attentive staff, I’d advise you take them to Urban Air just...
