Do not do business with this company. Prior to them being Mini Mall we had additional insurance that we paid for since January. This is D7 unit that I speak of and we explained that we did not want our rental agreement or insurance to change.. they assured it wouldn't but thats not true?? I see in a previous review the owner mentioned they reached out to their tenants when they found out. That is a lie the flood occurred on either Monday or Tuesday, I actually called them the Saturday morning after because we noticed water and all our items wet and in soggy boxes. The lady who answered the phone said that corporate was aware of the issue and they would be getting in touch with us by Friday. That's several days after the flood, several days they did not call. The email they sent said it would be a team of people to assist and someone to answer questions. Thats also a lie. There was one man with a rolling buggy picking up trash while you were cleaning out your unit. Provided help, I dont think so. All of our furniture for our home was damaged water damage with black mold. But guess who has those items in his vehicle with intentions of selling them, thats right the help they claim as additional resources. He making a gain off of our hardship so be careful buying items off the street or market place.. Now for the person that was there to answer questions because the person we and multiple other people talked to got no answers. When I say person I'm referring to the customer service rep who works inside. He couldn't tell us what happened with our additional insurance or what we were suppose to do, nothing. We asked about if the company had flood insurance he stated he didn't believe they did but when another tenant asked the same question he told him that the seller signed an affidavit attesting that the location had never flooded and they had plans to take legal action. He was asked if the tenants were going to reimbursed for loosing everything that was in their units he stated he was sure corporate would not see it that way. Thats let's us know they do not care about their tenants but looking for a gain for themselves. We will be constantly trying to get into his with someone to give us some answers because this just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe way this business is ran is beyond me, we researched online and chose this storage facility based off of the price along with the size of the unit. Per the site it states that you get a free month which is not why we rented but no you do not get a free month. The day that we moved into this storage in February we paid fees and provided insurance documents (which they lost) then in March we paid 120 again and now here it is April and the storage fee is now 150 a month when originally it was supposed to be right at 80 monthly. We called and the office states that "oh there is an increase every few months and that we should have gotten a letter or an email" Neither the mailed document or the email document was received.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreJessica was pleasant to deal with, it's the company she works for. This facility in Florence, MS. offered great price to get you in door and a few months later you are wondering why you are paying an extra $30 and tax on that without notification. This place does not offer any sort of pest control rats have started eating away at our belongings, it's not climate controlled ( I knew this before hand), the electric security gate has been inoperable for over a month. Apparently a $10 late fee will be applied if you are 4 days late. 3 day grace period just sounds sketchie. Boo hoo right, if my experience can save the next family who's just trying to make it out here, the hassle, then this is...
