Very hard hiking and need to watch the tide closely. The tides in the area can easily trap people if they are not careful. At the same it is one of my favorite spots to enjoy the coast on. A mix of rocks and sand. Our family goes here regularly to enjoy the Oregon coast. Please be careful steep incline down to the shore and tidal changes.
