🌟 This ATV Tour Was Everything I Hoped & Joandy Made This Ride Unforgettable 🌟
Let me start from the beginning—because even the booking process deserves a shoutout. From the moment I called, Chelsea was patient, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She didn’t rush me off the phone or treat it like just another call. That right there made me feel like this place actually cares about the people—not just the booking.
Now let’s talk about the pricing—because I’ve done other tours, and let me be honest: most of them charge more, give you less, and the videos they take are always super quick and basic. But this experience? Totally different. We had a full hour of riding, real attention to detail, and got to experience multiple types of trails—muddy, bumpy, beautiful forest, open flower fields. It felt like more than one adventure in one ride. The service alone made it worth it.
But what really made this special was Joandy. This man doesn’t just do a job—he brings the experience to life. He stopped to show my son cool tricks, took long, thoughtful videos from different angles (not just one or two quick pics), and made sure we actually had memories to take home. My son had the best time ever, and honestly so did I.
Here’s the thing: companies don’t realize how rare it is to have an employee who actually represents you well. In a world where most people are just doing the minimum, Joandy stood out for going above and beyond. It’s employees like him that make people want to come back, refer friends, and remember your name. If this company is smart, they’ll take care of him—because someone like that is the reason people trust the brand.
This was more than just a fun tour—it was something my son and I will remember forever. And a big part of that was how it was handled, from start to finish.
Thank you for the amazing experience. I can’t wait...
Read moreThe experience to be frank was HORRIBLE, for starters the atv don’t work if they do work they don’t work right at all. My friend had to get towed essentially 5mins into the ride because his transmission went out. The lady (I believe she’s the owner) essentially tried to fight the customers there because they didn’t want to ride in the back of someone else, which I don’t blame them they paid the price to ride alone but couldn’t because their ATV’s don’t work once again. We had paid for 2 hours experience MAYBE at best we might’ve gotten an hour and fifteen minutes at max. The “free for all” ride comment is COMPLETE bs, we didn’t go anywhere over 17MPH as a whole group. It’s all suspicious especially with the spotless 5 ⭐️ reviews. Something is very odd because everything is a chaos and disaster, they thought we were oblivious and didn’t speak Spanish and they were just cussing us out in Spanish the female owner in particular disgusting mouth and attitude talking Spang-lish saying a word and following it up with a curse. Definitely not the way you run any type of business. At the end the instructor slipped up in front of us at the kiosk saying he was told to essentially rush through and get it done quick and didn’t get to take photos or videos of ANYONE. The photos and videos perk is a joke. Could be a great spot, if the motor vehicles were maintained and the staffs attitude and their profanity was worked on. But from my experience definitely wasn’t worth a penny...
Read moreIt's pretty cool if you ride through puddles! If you avoid them, it's just a regular ride through the fields. We had a ride on October 22. The navigator took us through the fields and we were a bit confused. But we still got there on time. You wait for the shuttle at a place with a sign "XPLOR Adventure Group" (there is 1 ATV nearby). They pick you up and bring you to a private area with the rest of the ATVs. There you make a $100 deposit, which they return to you after the ride. We were also given free helmets and a locker to store things (locked with a key, you take the key with you - on your hand like a bracelet). Be sure to ask them for eyeglasses - they are very necessary for everyone - both the driver and the passenger! You will definitely get something in your eyes and you will ride for an hour with your eyes closed (like me😅)! Even if it didn't rain - you will still be dirty, so wear sneakers that you don't mind getting dirty!...
