This very large park is located not far from US-27 in far western Palm Beach County and abuts Glades Central Community High School. There's a lot going on and I enjoyed the park today with a nice walk and stretch after getting across from Fort Myers. Baseball, basketball, softball, tennis courts, volleyball sand courts, a splashpark, swimming pool, restrooms (closed this morning), and a big playground. I had a nice walk on the 1.25 mile walking path though not the whole thing. There is plenty of parking but not much shade. Out here in the middle of Florida, shade is important. The picnic shelters and the picnic pavilion can be reserved through the county parks department.

I’ve taken my daughter to the splash pad here a bunch of times this summer. She loves it!! It’s never too crowded and the playground is good too, but wish it was shaded.

I’ve taken my daughter to the splash pad here a bunch of times this summer. She loves it!! It’s never too crowded and the playground is good too, but wish it was shaded.

Glades Pioneer Park is wonderful we walk daily ,meet friends and make new friends. and just enjoy the environment .and it's nice and clean I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get their exercise in the maintenance the...

Lovely place to work out, there's a free water park available for children, a pavilion to rent for parties and a local swimming pool. Also, a nice place for a barbeque if the table areas are...
