Loved it here!! It was a nice quiet place to go and see the ocean. Didnt have to worry about alot of ppl being there. There were a couple of kids swimming is all. Me,my mom and my son got a whole bunch of different sea shells to take back home to PA with us. They also have picnic tables with built in grills if u wanna have a little picnic while u r there. The only thing i didnt like is u had to pay $5 to be there. U couldnt not pay it bcuz the park ranger (I guess thats what he is called?) drove around to make sure u had ur tag hanging on ur mirror with ur receipt...

The park is small but offers a very large area filled with tables and grills and able to accompany many visiting families. The beach is small and clean and offers spectacular views of the surrounding lake. There are public restrooms available making it easy to spend additional time here. We found at least ten pieces of broken glass on the beach sand which of course was concerning. There was also some small pieces of trash and lots of small sticks and tree debris which could potentially cut or scratch your feet.
