Read moreWas only able to see the beach for maybe a whole 5 minutes before a strange man approached us-my mother, myself, and my service dog. He seeked us out from about a hundred yards down the beach to tell us that my dog was not allowed. He is a licensed service dog and I informed the man of this as well as showed him his license #. He told me, "Doesn't matter. There are dog beaches all over." As a matter of fact it does matter and there are signs stating that service animals are allowed -clearly marked at the entrance and this man had no authority to approach us. We had potty bags and he was leashed on a harness. He was not barking or growling at anyone. In fact, strangers pet him on the way in. There was NO reason for this man to approach us. Very disappointed, we left because if some one is that crazy to approach perfect strangers-visibly disabled people-with the anger that he portrayed-with no cause- then I don't feel safe. He was very arrogant and when I asked him where the "dog beaches" were he told me, "Google it!" There is something not mentally right with someone that will harass disabled people for no reason. I can only hope he sees this review and gets help. Also it would be nice if authorities were around that could keep people...

Shark teeth & That's pretty much it.
What's this in y'alls water?! I couldn't see my feet....I was a bit nervous to be the only one in the water!
Besides that, what's up with y'all's beach being an ash tray?! Too lazy to dispose of those cancer suckers appropriately? (I feel for the creatures.) Also, nothing like trash rolling in the brown waves, especially when you feel something wrap around your leg and its a publix grocery bag!! But when a nasty condom appeared next to me....oh heck nah....Enough!!
Come on locals, got to do better!
Guess what?! I'm floridian....just saying, because I know what y'all locals are...
