Absolutely a State-of-The-Arts. History of the five branches, U.S. Military service. Many artifacts, military🎖️memoirs, information and true war story narrations. Take a walk through and around this... historical compound. Tour Guides will show you around; "Mike" is one of the guides their who is a well read volunteer and a walking book of knowledge about the Military🎖️Museum. Real Americanism and true Patriotism at it's finest. Big Salutes! May is Military Appreciation month. Thank them for there service to our great nation.... and then some. Pictured in this review is my older brother James R. Walden wearing a Kiki Uniform and Saucer Hat. He went ahead of me to Vietnam, he served in US Army of the 60th Infantry, 9th ID. Was (KIA) Killed In Action in Ving Long Providence, Vietnam 1968 (TET). I was in country RVN 1970-1971. To date, 53 years have passed since I entered on active duty (I was drafted). I do wish all who served and are still serving... the very best life has to offer. Happy Memorial Day and Veterans Day. Amen! "Still Serving America Let's We Not Forget." Let us Maintain The American Dream... and so on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We held our Miami Marines TOW Company 34th Desert Storm Anniversary Reunion at the Miami Dade Military Museum, and it was an incredible experience. The museum is a true hidden gem in South Florida rich with history, beautifully presented exhibits, and a welcoming atmosphere that honors all branches of the military. It was very meaningful for our Marines to come together in such a fitting location, surrounded by history that reflects our service and sacrifice. The staff was professional, supportive, and made sure our event was a success. We are now planning our 35th Anniversary of Desert Storm on Saturday, January 17, 2025, and we are excited to once again gather with Marines, veterans, and the community. This upcoming event will be open to the public and all military members, and we invite everyone to join us. The Miami Dade Military Museum is not just a place to visit it’s a place to connect, reflect, and honor those who served. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience a piece of our nation’s military history.

The museum itself isn't open yet. They're still working on it. But from everything that I see on the outside and all the amazing work they appear to be doing I can't wait until it opens. I know it's going to be great.

Thanks for all that gave us freedom with their life and their efforts. This museum honors the stories of men and women from Florida, Miami and even Cuba who served this great nation. Dr. Atwood was incredible in presentation of history and as well as the emphasis on the stories of the people who made it. In this era of anti-American rhetoric, is important to remember the great heroes that sacrificed so much for the freest country the world has ever known, the United...
