This area located in Gulf County Florida and borders St. Joe Bay on the West and the Gulf of Mexico, is a wonderful area to explore by foot and even a bike. On the second Friday of each month in 2016, staff at the Preserve will personally host a tour for the public at 9am to 11am.
It is a great tour. So much to see and learn. I went in the fall months when it was so hot. Very cool. The Buffer Zone is located on C-30-A and sits just across from The Burns Management Beach Vacation Rental- Two Palms Villa and offers a beautiful backdrop to the front of the Villa. Even with that, the camp grounds are tidy and feel secluded, while still providing power and beach access. Overall a...

Kind of cool views of the Bay from the observation deck. The facilities there are clean. The only issue that I had with the park is we couldn't find staff there that could answer some questions that we had. But all in all, a nice little brief respite from the drive along the coast. Offered up some nice views of the bay. We will...
