This used to be our favorite beach. The bathrooms have been seriously neglected! We went on Valentines Day 2019 and women’s bathroom was overflowed & filthy. Sent our grandkids there a week ago and women’s bathroom door was locked. We along with several other people were there for the launch yesterday 3/15/19 and women’s bathroom is still locked! So sorry ladies if you want a restroom this one is out of order! Men’s bathroom the urinal was overflowing & women were forced to walk through urine to use the commode with someone standing guard as the outer door has been broken for a year and won’t close and lock. We have never in the past had an issue with the bathroom conditions! I don’t know who tends to these restrooms but they are in dire need of attention! We will look for a cleaner alternative...

Several big problems: No lifeguard and I saw several sharks MULTIPLE times very close to shore and this was in the early afternoon. We came 8/6/19 the exact same day that there was 3 shark bites just north of here within a 24 hour period.

Other negatives lots of seaweed in the water it felt like my legs were constantly caught in a net. Outdated and disgusting ONE STALL bathrooms. Aggressive surfers that act like they own the beach. Also several guys shore fishing which can stir up a lot of commotion in the water that eventually attracts sharks. If you want better secluded beaches the ones in cocoa immediately south of Shepard park are great and more friendly.

Leaving same review for second light beach near Patrick Air Force bc we were there also and had...

We've visited here multiple times, and it's overall a nice spot to bring the family. The parking is easy to find, the shower is usually free to rinse off afterwards, and while it can be somewhat crowded, you can usually find a spot where you aren't right on top of others. We've parked in two different lots. One had restrooms, a shower, and picnic table shelters, but the other did not.

There is usually lots of trash, sadly. And the wood steps can be slick, splintered, and hard to navigate if you aren't sure-footed.

One of the access points has different aircraft constantly flying over you, which we loved and thought was so neat!

Do not feel the seagulls,...

Great beach! Not particularly deep from shore to the waterline but the sand is fine/feels nice and the water was warm. Despite a fair amount of traffic, the area is relatively clean and litter free. I think the beach is used largely by locals and they take care of it. Amenities such as a open shower, open foot wash and a proper bathroom are available near the main parking area. Parking wasn’t difficult. Sink in the men’s bathroom needed repairs, Half the water would go down the pipe half the water would end up on the floor.

Read reviews and this one was the best and it did NOT disappoint! We went through Cocoa Beach area and major locations to get to Tables. Parking was easy and available. Showers available but they do not all work so find which ones work and which don’t so you know where to head when you leave. Almost secluded. Very clean. No party vibes. Family friendly. Perfect for couples. Quiet. Then when done, it’s perfect because you pass Cocoa Beach’s MANY options on the way out-easier traffic flow.

It isn't a very croweded area and when it does get busy, it quickly dissipates about an hour in. There is free parking and you do not need to worry aboit extra fees or the beach "closing" like some other beaches. Dogs are welcome and usually on the leash or trained. The bathrooms are not kept clean and the dock for the showers have not been cleared of the sand. It is a nice small area for a smaller group of friends or a family outing with peace and quiet.
