When I first began pursuing my bachelor’s degree at this college, I didn’t have any major issues. However, as I approached my final courses, things began to change drastically. I was repeatedly told that certain classes were unavailable or that I could only take one course at a time. This constant back-and-forth delayed my graduation by an entire year. Despite my frustration, I decided to give the school another chance and enrolled in a master’s program, a decision I now deeply regret. What should have been an exciting experience turned into an exhausting and discouraging process. The program required only 12 courses, but when I reached my last seven, I encountered the same issues all over again. I attempted to accelerate my progress by enrolling in three courses at once, but my academic adviser, Debra Waldrop, handled the situation unprofessionally and without empathy. She insisted that my degree had to follow a strict 27-month schedule, spacing out my courses so far apart that I wouldn’t finish until late 2026, despite being only seven classes away. After repeatedly explaining my situation, the school asked me to write an essay justifying why I wanted to take more than two courses at a time. I did exactly that, only to be denied again. To make matters worse, they instructed me to pay for two courses that had already begun. Once my payment was processed, I was informed after the start date that one of those courses was actually unavailable. This pattern of dishonesty, poor communication, and lack of accountability has been consistent throughout my time here. I genuinely feel that the school prioritizes keeping students enrolled and paying for as long as possible rather than helping them succeed. At this point, I am not enrolled in any active course, yet I’ve been charged for classes that I cannot even take. I am heartbroken and extremely disappointed by how I’ve been treated. I plan to file formal complaints and explore every available avenue to hold this institution accountable. Please, do your research before choosing to attend this college. My experience has been nothing short of...
Read moreNo way! They can't even get their website to agree with their admissions process. Both them and Southern Columbia had admissions issues that showed me that they would not be able to get me through school without headaches. They say you can submit unofficial transcripts, don't bother. It will just get an accusation that you photocopied something. Also... I was asking about advice on a course and the lady was reading directly from the website which has major errors. Some of the degree titles don't match the web page content. She kept telling me my degree would only get me HR work... The website says something totally different. I don't...
Read moreThis school is great! If you have a GI Bill and have had difficulties getting a school to work with you, give Waldorf a call! They took care of everything, checked in with me often while I was waiting for my paperwork, and made the whole process so easy! I attend online; the teachers have a real presence despite the lack of face to face interaction. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful! I just did my enrollment for my third term with them; I swear the process took less than five minutes. I couldn't be more pleased to be a student with...
