Winnebago Visitor Center — Attraction in Forest City

I have a 2019 Winnebago ERA 170B. I have not been able to take a single trip without problems. The first trip i had excessive wheel vibration and loose items vibrations. Took it back to La Mesa Rv.. with 3 pages of complints

1 . Vibration

Fire alarm not mounted correctly

Rear propane connection problem

Stereo system problem

Rear panel covering comming off

Bath room light fell off in transit

Bathroom door problem

Forward electrical outlet had to be replaced

Tv mount coming off wall

The vehicle had to the cleaned and detailed. . LaMesa rv problem since it was not ready for delivery

LAMESA said i had to take it to the Mercedes dealer for the vibration. . I couldn't believe this on a new vehicle. . Mercedes said the problem was due to the increase weight and weight forced balance all wheels..

Im currently over 2 months waiting to take it back to La Mesa Rv. Since they claimed they are booked????,

My current problems are

The air conditioning is not comming on

The LED Lightning is not working

Only one speaker working on the radio

You don’t know Winnebago unless you own it. Not only their RV products are outdated but the quality is poor and customer support nonexistent. The design is a mixture of rusty steel, plywood, some newer materials and imported components assembled together onto marketed products called RV’s. Poor engineering design makes process of making RV’s labor intensive, prone to manufacturing errors and quality escapes.
