Flat Shoals Park — Attraction in Forest Park

Don't ever plan a event at this park someone I know paid weeks in advance for a event they was having it was a adult field day with games and food and fun and one week before the event they stated we needed security and had to pay $50 a hour for flat shoals park security guard and stated for the 4 to 5 hour event at the last minute start the do's and don't a week before so they cancel there event and stated the money s They put down on it will be mail back to them now they have to find another place for this innocent event hopefully flat shoals park go ahead and send them they money soon so they can find something else in good timing. LATE POST Went to see a movie under the stars June 1st. The movie of the night was “Blue Beetle” while I enjoyed myself, I couldn’t tell you anything about the movie🤦🏾‍♀️. Before the movie got started there were plenty of activities to enjoy. Kids were playing in one of the two parks, playing football, there were bouncy houses, food trucks, and the music was jumping! This park has always been good for us to visit. It's amazing to see the community come together while the kiddos play, and the park always has great events going on. I feel blessed that it's just down the road from us. My only small complaint is that you'll see trash around now and then, but kids are going to be kids and it's all of our responsibility to help clean up. 100% recommend this park for littles and...
