Tony was fantastic! He was super responsive both in scheduling to come out for an estimate to run network cabling in our home as well as in scheduling the work to be done. His turnaround times were much faster than other places I looked into.

He also is very friendly and easy to work with, understanding, and straight forward. We had him install new faceplates and 3 cable runs between our home router and three separate rooms. He listens and explains things well, is not "pushy" with selling, and cleans up after his work.

He exudes a sense of care and respect. I was considering 2 or 3 additional runs that were more complicated, and he was very upfront about what would need to be done, level of effort/cost, etc. I decided to hold off on them as the runs were not nearly as important to me. Upon a return visit (to swap out a couple face plates to match the existing installation, which weren't on hand during the initial install), he noticed an easier, or more straight forward, way to run 2 of those 3 connections I was considering.

His prices/cost are extremely reasonable, and he is great with providing estimates/invoices and making the payment process simple and easy. When I decide to do additional runs, or probably get some TVs mounted (which we still need to do), I'll definitely look to Tony and Fort Collins...

My experience with Fort Collins Audio Video was exceptionally. On short notice, Tony agreed to visit my home and review the televisions I wanted to have mounted. He quickly provided an estimate for the work including labor and hardware that was more than fair. He was also willing to schedule multiple installations to complete a basement install while waiting for a mantel to be installed before tackling a main level installation.

On the scheduled installation day, Tony arrived at my house promptly at the arranged time with a co-worker. They kept me informed on their progress pausing several times to consult me on the height the television would be mounted. When the work was complete, they showed me how the mount swiveled, and they confirmed that my sound bar and television were connected to one another and working with a single remote.

I'm anxious to have Tony return to perform a more complicated, above a fireplace mount, in tile in the family room. Given how fantastic the basement mount works/looks, I have no doubts the same level of success will be achieved.
