Sorry ahead of time for the Lengthy post.
I’m not from this area I’m from the Tulsa area but I do definitely recommend this casino for a few reasons. Only my 3rd time in the establishment and I was treated very very well. The bartender made sure she understood my drink (Spicy Bloody Mary) and made sure she made it to my liking. And even speaking through the mask because of COVID and the loud music from the live band Brett and Terry (which were amazing by the way) she was still adamant about making sure my drink was the way I wanted it to be and it was and I even bought a few more. Also the what looked to be the floor manager for the bar/eating area made sure our table was wiped down and sanitized before we sat down at the table to eat our dinner that we got from the Cafe. I got the Ribeye Philly and it was very good and actually not bad on the price for it being that good. The floor manager also took away our trash for us from the meal after we were done when I was walking to the trash can to throw it away he took it for me which I thought was super generous and surprised me because this was a Friday night and it was packed and made us feel like we actually mattered to them that we were in their establishment. Also got to talk with the Sound Guy for the live band named Bryan and he’s a pretty cool guy and was very nice. The cleaning services workers were constantly wiping down and sanitizing the machines and chairs after each use because of COVID 19 and the whole facility is Smoke free and mask mandatory and has plexi glass dividers dividing each machine. I was talking with my wife and even though we lost money on the slots which didn’t really matter because we kinda knew we were gonna lose it before even going in because well that’s just how gambling goes sometimes. We decided we would in the future preferably make the drive from the Tulsa area to Ft. Gibson because of the very kind generosity that we were shown by multiple workers in the establishment. We go to Hard Rock and RiverSpirit often in Tulsa and we don’t ever even get acknowledged by anyone except by the cleaning services workers who I think are all undervalued in every Casino. Even though we lost some money we still saw over 15 thousand in hand pay jackpots get paid out to people in just the few hours that we were there shows me that you have a pretty decent chance of winning but it just wasn’t our lucky night but our last trip to Ft. Gibson we left with around 6 thousand in jackpot hand pays so you win some and you lose some just how it goes but still had a dang good time. We even got players cards printed out for the $500 drawings every 30 minutes with free play slot money on them. Really felt welcomed here and will definitely come back and looking forward to our...
Read moreOkay... So let start off by saying this place has absolutely no respect for the people that come in there. My fiance' and I were there a couple years ago and got into an argument in the parking lot. A security guard called the cops on us and apparently we were banned ... I'll get to why I say apperantly. We were never told by anyone that we were banned and never signed any papers. We have been gambling there for 2 years. . tonight I went to get a cash advance and the cashier told me I was on the ban list ... I had completely forgotten about our argument 2 years before. I told her I wouldn't no why it is saying that...security took my ID to check in the back....well another security guard came back to the cashier booth and told me I would need to come to the back to get my ID back so I followed him. Well, when I got back there they tried to put me in a holding cell....I told him I was not going into the holding cell... After a little arguing back in fourth he told me I could stand outside it and wait... I still had no idea what was going on at this point ... I told them that it was oki I was banned that I would like my ID back so I could leave... He refused to give me my ID and told me he was filing paperwork and I needed to wait... I told him no because at this point I was very scared.... I told him that if I was not being detained I would like my ID so I could leave... I was the only one back there, my fiance' was up front at the cashier booth and it was 2 male security guards with no one from the public eye. I told him I was going to start recording and he told me that I could not. I didn't because I was scared he would call the police. After I told him several times that if I was not being detained I would like my ID back so I could leave and that they could mail .. the paperwork . He finally gave me back my ID. On top of all that he was very rude. I never received my cash advance and my card was charged .. when I called them to ask what I should do they told me it would take 1 month!! I asked to speak with the manager and he told me 6 days, so the security guard was just being an a**. I will never go back there and I will be filing a complaint with the general manager of security. Worst experience...
Read moreSecurity is sketchy at this casino. More than once they have done questionable things to me or other customers that I've witnessed. The lead woman at night is rude and aggressive. Security refused to walk me to my truck after a large win A different time security wanted my bank card when we were at the cash machine. I refused and he threatened me that I was going to have to go to some office. I told him I would not. Finely my friend told him that we hadn't even used my cash card we had been cashing in win tickets from the machines . He got an odd look on his face and walked away. I lost my truck keys there once. Of course I didn't notice till I was ready to leave. I called AAA and sat outside on the bench waiting for them. Two security guards accused me of lottering and wanted me to leave. I explained to them that I had lost my keys but they should have already known that because I was inside asking about them. They still wanted me to leave, told me I could wait for the tow truck somewhere else. Somewhere? like where ? You can't really walk from there. They used to let Muskogee and Ft Gibson wander through the casino and ask for ID They would also they would also let them wait outside in the parking lot for people to leave and profile, pulling certain people over. I left one night and fort Gibson pulled me over as soon as I was off Nation property. When I asked why I was pulled over he told me my brake lights were on too long. I'm unaware that there was a time limit. It's certainly not a criminal offense that I could be pulled over for that. But I probably wouldn't have been on my breaks for so long if he hadn't been tailgating with his bright lights in my mirror and I couldn't see to merge. The machines pay off all right most of the time. Probably just as well as any other casino around here. Because Indian casinos are sovereign and there is no law saying they have to pay out at all. Sometimes the machines are a little tighter than others but I still go. AWESOME FOOD at the restaurant. LOVE the...
