If you're into frontier historical forts this should be pinned on your map. The Fort has two distinct sections. The lower quadrangle has the main post with the barracks, brig, Commander's quarters, etc. The upper section has a five or so original stone buildings. Enough displays to keep you engaged, but not so many to as to be overwhelming. Various artifacts to see on the grounds as well. My only real issue was being met by Miss Frazee who runs the site and inundated with her political spin on the history of the site within the first few minutes.
