Anne Springs Close Greenway - Founders Dairy Barn — Attraction in Fort Mill

We recently had the chance to enjoy the Thursday Night Concert Series at the amphitheater, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The venue is beautifully shaded, making it incredibly comfortable even on warmer evenings. Parking and access were a breeze, and the grounds were impressively well-kept—walking trails nearby were peaceful and scenic, and the bugs were thankfully under control (a big win for summer evenings in the Carolinas!).

It was the perfect way to spend family time—great music, a wholesome vibe, and a community-centered event space. The amphitheater has a natural feel to it while still being professionally run. Whether you’re coming with kids or friends, it’s a great atmosphere.

On a separate visit, we got to explore the Founders Dairy Barn, and what a gem that is! It’s a beautiful rustic structure with historic charm and so much character. Whether you’re attending a private event or just walking through, it radiates a sense of purpose and connection to the land. The barn and the Greenway overall do such a wonderful job preserving local history and stewarding nature right in the heart of Charlotte’s growing metro.

Everything seemed liked it was going to be alright, except for this one particular woman on staff who’s sole position was to watch over the venue while the wedding was taking place.

She did not warmly welcome the guests, or the bridesmaids. She was an absolute nightmare. She even made the mistake of being rude the bride, which totally disrupted the entire tone of the ceremony. After the ordeal, she did not even apologize, or try to make amends...

Even though the venue was beautiful, if I had to do it all over again, I would have chosen another venue, with much friendlier staff. Kindness and respect certainly go a long way.

The Dairy Barn is absolutely perfect! Caitlin Dobbins, the venue sales manager, is an amazing asset to ASC Greenway and was to the planning of and success of my niece's wedding day. Caitlin and her assistants were eager and willing to help with anything that was asked and went over and above to ensure that Elizabeth’s vision of her day was perfected. Caitlin’s knowledge and experience in event planning, combined with her experience with coordinating events at The Diary Barn truly made this one of the most seamless events I have done.
