My experience with Rasmussen University has been nothing but exceptional. They made things easy as well as helped with the admission process. The admissions rep was very engaged in helping me with my requirements and was available to help answer any questions that I had. I’m enrolled in the nursing program and although it’s pretty scary the tools for success at my fingertips. I recommend this entity to anyone who is engaged in a fast paced and detailed program.Christopher Boehemkie you were and have been great in helping me on the start of my journey.

I decided to go here after my mom graduated from here as an LPN and heard so much from her that it helped me feel more comfortable with trying college again.

I had previously been to another University back when I lived in Kentucky that was a horrible experience. I went to classes and did my best but most teachers didn't care or too busy talking about themselves or their life. I ended up with bad grades and low motivation and the financial aid office there made it obvious they only cared about the money and not the students so I ended up dropping out. That experience made me nervous to go back to school and I believed college just wasn't for me even though I was a decent student in public school.

I started here at Rasmussen back in April of 2020, and will be graduating with an Associates in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership this December. I am absolutely GLAD I went to Rasmussen and took the chance to try school again. From the moment I was ready to start I had advisors explain the programs, how the online classes work, breakdown my financial aid and have always been around to answer any questions I have had. Every teacher I have had has been so nice and informational and extremely understanding. I didn't know how well I would do online but it was so easy! I came feeling a bit nervous because of my past experience in school, and I'm leaving here about to graduate this end of the year with the best grades I have ever gotten (All A's and just one B+)! I never knew I could do so well in school and I feel so confident in what I have learned. I'm excited to find a career after I leave here and will definitely come back in the future for another degree in business! If you are interested in this school I highly suggest speaking to someone and ask them anything you are wondering! I'm almost sad to be finishing so soon. Even my husband is looking into starting here from seeing my experience here. Chelsea was my admissions advisor and she was absolutely terrific with all the information she gave me and handled all of my questions well! Throughout the time I have been here, my assigned advisor Nicole has been great with everything I throw at her! I always have questions or get confused with documents needed or just ask about classes I can test out of and she always responds to me as quick as possible and sends me updates on things around the school like scholarships and...

don't bother with the RN program. Classes are unorganized and teachers with the exception of one, literally one could not care less about you or your future. This is a for-profit school in every sense of the term. Once you're in their doors, there are no longer rules. Unless of course it is beneficial to them. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone when there is an issue. The dean teaches classes (sometimes, sometimes she just cancels and doesn't bother reviewing the information from the month prior before a test). Also, she likes to switch teacher two weeks before a final. The school is a joke. The teachers are unprofessional. It is not uncommon to see teachers cry, yell at students, or just blatantly disregard the professionalism associated with the nursing profession. I can not stress enough how much more beneficial it would be to you and your future as a nurse to take the long road and go to FSW. At least there you can take pride in your school, with your school also taking pride in you. PLEASE do not waste your time or copious amounts of money. While I'm rambling I might also add that you teach yourself here. 20+ chapters a week where you are expected to go through and memorize with a fine tooth comb every line that you WILL be tested on, never the less learning from books that are designed for Nurse Practitioner courses. It's a joke, you will learn to hold your head a bit lower while telling people in the community you attend nursing school at Rasmussen. P.S I only gave 1 star because 0 stars were...

What can I say about this school. I was in the nursing program in this school. I have a lot to say about this school. I had bad experience about this school. I was lucky enough to even pass and get my nursing license. I basically learned on my own. This school is very unorganized. At first the school seemed can of sketchy. They seemed can of sketchy with their refer a friend scheme which benefit them in the long term. Every time I had to message my advisor she was either in vacation or was not available. Like sheesh lady, how many vacation do you take. I had two professor quit on me right before the quarter began which was can of funny. One of my clinical professor did not even show up on the first day of clinical which was also funny. Most of my classes were online. Some of the professors were in other states. There were some good professors that I met that actually help me learn and focus in class. They are heavily focused on ATI modules which in their ideology will help you pass your board but that is a lie. ATI did not help me pass my board. You better be good with your ATI exams because it will affect your grade heavily. It can either help you pass your class or fail you. They are not flexible with your work schedule. They will switch your class at the last minute because a professor either quit. Would I recommend this school to someone.....um that is a no for me. This school practice is very unprofessional and tedious in my opinion. This school was drollery to me. If I can rate this school a...
