Performance Pavilion at Sweetwater — Attraction in Fort Wayne

Very nice to have a fairly small venue nearby us to see some Very Awesome bands. Outside event on flat ground with folding chairs under a shaped canopy. Sound was very good. I feel like it could have been dialed quite a bit better by the controller professional though.

I feel that the stage really needs be much more elevated than it currently is. OR holding it on a slanted area but that would make seating a bit more complicated. However, once the main attraction began fans stood up as you would expect. Then the real world kicked in. 3 rows in front of us were not only one or a couple of tall people. BUT 5 very large men left to right in the row that were from 6'3" to 6'6" tall. So the ONLY thing our section and those in front and behind us could see was the rear of some very large heads and shoulders. The little 5'5" lady in front of me couldn't even get a camera up over these guys and had to stand up on her folding chair. Then stood in the center walk lane just to see the stage.

Overall the event was nice and clean, easy to get in and out of and made a great night out. Just could have been a bit better.

I am very interested in seeing and hearing a future...

Beware if u are bringing anything with u that u should buy a special clear purse or bag for your things. If it can fit in your pockets it's ok. And the clear bag has to be a certain size. The measurements are on their website. I'm pretty sure they have a ruler there to measure it too. I had a purse the size of a wallet and they made me take it back to the car. I ended up holding my phone and wallet the whole time. It does state their policy on their website, but my husband didn't see it, and we're from out of town. We didn't have time to go buy a clear bag and they didn't offer them there for sale. Meanwhile my husband had whatever he wanted in his pockets, yet that wasn't an issue. He actually had more in his cargo shorts pockets than I did in my purse. They did not even check his pockets. I am guessing this rule is to keep guns out of the facility but it only applies if u are carrying a purse? They never checked our pockets or frisked us, so what's the point? The facility is nice otherwise. The bathrooms are 5 stars, a trailer has about 6 stalls. I hope...

Nice venue, parking was easy and plentiful, everyone was ver nice and knowledgeable. The only issue is no smoking allowed on the entire campus. There are areas that could be reserved with no disruption. I don’t expect to be able to smoke everywhere, that’s just not a thing but, smokers are use to having a place reserved that’s out of the way. I realize there are issues with litter and the annoyance of other guests but just a 10x10 spot in the far corner behind the food trucks would’ve been nice. Not to sound too Karen like… it was a great show and nice venue and the restrooms were really nice trailer type, a/c, not port-o-jons like you get at a typical...
