Casino Beach Park — Attraction in Fort Worth

The park is actually the area in the center of a loop of a street. FTW park department barely maintains it. Homeless people sleep here and build fires. Park department does not clean up, but simply tosses the big trash aside and mows over the rest. Like a homeless camp fire, parks tossed the bricks and wire used under a tree and mowed the nasty remains. No pride in their work at all! They did put new playground equipment in. My problem is not the park, location or looks, it's the lack of basic care. Its nasty because its never cleaned, the employees just kick bits of litter away, never picking up. I wish elected officials would come take a close look. After Easter is the worst. Any trash smaller than a baseball is left on the gtround and mowed over. It's fine otherwise. There is a boat ramp. Just off Lake Worth. Nice quiet area. Lots of wide open grassy fields. There’s a kids playground (that includes a smaller playground for toddlers) with handicap accessible swings, picnic tables, a boat dock & plenty of shore line to fish from.
