Marburger Farm Dairy — Attraction in Forward Township

Two stars because I LOVE the product, but the customer service is pretty poor. I have been picking up my orders, on-site, for a couple of years. I have overlooked many things, with the understanding this is a small, local dairy. Today was my last visit. First, I waited for quite some time before anyone acknowledged I was present, in fact, I had to call the office to see if anyone was working. Then, after additional wait, I was told they didn't have my order. I had to call again. The woman I spoke with was quite terse, sighing, etc., as she looked for my order. My order was never filled. Sorry to leave this message here. I did try another way. I gave one star because this is the third time that I have gotten bad buttermilk. I don't believe that this is your fault. I buy this at the woodman's in Kenosha Wisconsin. Somehow it's getting spoiled before the experation date. Mine was 4/3/21. I just opened it.
