Love to visit this beautiful sunflower farm southeast of Pittsburgh every summer. They open for about a week in July annually for a sunflower festival and you can find out the timing by following their social media accounts. Really fun to take family photos in their fields among the flowers. Tasty snacks, T-shirts and sunflower themed treasures are available, as well as cut your own sunflowers in selected areas. Professional photographers that book clients in the fields must apply for a permit to moderate the number of people at any given time and this keeps the experience really enjoyable for everyone.

If you are interested in just visiting the sunflower and not looking for any other activities specially for kids then it's a good place. But as I have a toddler so I was expecting some maze activity along with other kind of fun which I usually found in other sunflower farms. I was hoping to stay at this place for 1-2 hrs but as there is nothing other than sunflowers and daisy flowers so it just took us 20 mins to take some photos. Parking is $3 Flower Per stem is $1 And they have food trucks, popcorn, cotton candy so yeah you can enjoy some food as well.

I travel almost 2 hours away just to visit this location. This was our second year here and I can honestly say the farm never disappoints. Very inexpensive to visit and I love that you can take your time walking the fields and enjoy the sunflowers. Everyone is always so welcoming. Truly thank you to the owners for opening your fields to the public so we may enjoy this. Your hard work does not go unnoticed for the amount of sunflowers that grow, shows the dedication and hard work put into your farm.

My brother and my Sister-in-law went with their 4 year old daughter to get family pictures. Their photographer got an email confirming that they could get pictures there. Once they got there and got out of their car a tall white male aggressively approached the photographer and started screaming in her face. He got in my brothers face screaming at him. While my brother was trying to get his family in the car this “owner” started to approach him while his back was turned and only stopped when my sister in law yelled and then my brother turned and yelled! “FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT” is what their website says! I was looking forward to seeing these pictures and maybe going to see the sunflowers during the festival next year with my niece who was VERY EXCITED to see the flowers and didn’t understand why a GROWN MAN ACTED THIS WAY! Very Sad for what my family ESPECIALLY MY 4 year old niece had to witness tonight! I WONT EVER GO HERE! And I hope OTHERS SEE...

We went there for a make up photo shoot set up through our photographer. Upon arrival we were immediately confronted by a very aggressive older man stating that this was his property and we needed to leave immediately. He said we did not have permission to be there despite our photographer setting up the details. My husband attempted to calm him down because there were kids around, but he became more irate stating “ I don’t care if there are kids”. We said we were leaving and went to our car. He proceeded to try follow us to our vehicle screaming and taunting the whole way. I’m most upset that my 4 year old had to witness this behavior. After looking at some of the reviews, it does not appear that this is an isolated incident. Please use caution if taking your...

Drove an hour there on Friday, July 21st, after seeing owner on PTL (TV) this morning only to be told I couldn't cut sunflower because tonight was for the sip and snip only. Took my $100 home and won't return. Middle aged blonde women who told me to come back tomorrow needs trained on how to treat customers. Awful. One hour drive only to return with zero flowers. Female owner was there and seemed nice but didn't step in. There are hundreds of flowers and I couldn't pay to take ten or so home???? WTH?!? Will NEVER return. Rude staff and don't recommend. Ugly blonde that I spoke to today can stick sunflower where the sun doesn't shine. She was on a power trip and so happy to tell us to leave. KMA. Staff make this a hard pass. Go to Renshaw...
