We chose these falls based on recommendations from friends and researching the ease of the hike (not that this is easy, but compared to some of the other longer, more intense trails it's not bad). We started at Bear Lake and walked around it (beautiful scenery all around), then moved on to this trail. There are some steep parts, but seeing the falls makes it so worth it! Itâs also not particularly well suited for super young children unless you can be one on one with them. We took around nine kids and it was definitely a little scary at times because they want to get close to the edge in order to see. However, that said, this is definitely a nice hike and a beautiful setting and worthwhile if you are in the park.    Read moreUndoubtedly one of the best spot in Rocky Mountain National Park. We parked our car in the Bear Lake parking area. Make sure to reach as early as you can as the lot gets full pretty early. Otherwise you can park your car in the big parking lot area, take a shuttle bus from there to reach Baer Lake trailhead. It was a beautiful hike towards Alberta Falls. If you start early in the morning you will be able to spot few wildlife as well. The hike is worth.
