I can’t say enough good about Jefferson County Parks in general. Their trails are always well maintained and marked. The trailhead parking is ample in most cases with a convenient (and clean) bathroom. Alderfer/Three Sisters Park is no exception.
There is a wonderful complex of trails that offer something for everyone. Want a beautiful vista with relatively flat terrain? Then take an easy hike through a meadow. Want something a little more challenging with a significant gain in elevation? The trail to the summit of Evergreen Mountain leads you through sun dappled trails bordered by lodge pole pines.
