Best Buy Market — Attraction in Four Corners States

Customer service by the young lady in the front with long black hair with glasses is HORRIBLE! Maybe if she got her nose out of her phone for 5 seconds she could at least acknowledge you. Then when you ask her for something behind a counter that says “ask for assistance” she says ok then proceeds to sit back down and nose in her phone again. Maybe you would get better business if you treated your customers like they were actual patrons paying for your products that are over priced, which I understand because we are paying for convenience in a small business. Treat your customers better! We will go to Smiths from now on, better customer service, half the price. I would patronize Best Buy Market even with the higher price if I was treated like a...

I do LOVE this store....but...it has its quirks.....it IS A Convenience store...so it can be pricey.....choose wisely if your counting coins....also choose meat carefully....depending on when you catch this place.... something's.... can have a tendency to sit. I do buy a good amount of meat here.....cautiously! Fresh made tortillas near the meat counter....pan dulce in a case...and an entire half aisle for Mexican candies!! Fresh vegetables...canned goods... They have beer and alcohol....ice....salt for your water...

Normally have a great experience in this store (mohave valley) today by husband went in to buy some meat. The man behind the meat counter was very rude to him like he didn't want to get the order he asked for. He questioned my husband as to why he wanted what he ordered and questioned him as to what was in the product he was ordering. This guy needs to be put In check he is supposed to deliver customer service not be rude and obnoxious. May not go back...
