Bountiful Staging Area — Attraction in Four Corners States

The Bountiful staging area for readying off road vehicles for use on the trail in the mountains above it is large with more than ample space to load or unload your vehicle and equipment and park. There is a single access point with the lead in unpaved road of about 500 yards being largely in good shape however the transition from the pavement to the dirt road has immediate and very large potholes that are unavoidable. The potential for damage to your vehicle or a collision from a momentary loss of control is very high for those who are unaware of the hazard. Great place to go riding dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, or side by sides. Fun trails nice and easy drive to just go and have fun on a relaxing day. We ended up traveling to the observatory and riding around (as close as you can get with a locked fence anyways) found some snow and had to stop and take some pictures of us in it since it was August in Utah. Awesome place to unload and park while you take the toys for an adventure. Plenty of space to accommodate trucks and trailers of any size. It would be a lot nicer if there was a restroom. the kids and adults alike complained of this numerous times.
