The "County Roads" one takes to get to the cave look like they haven't been graded in years. It's a washed-out, rutted road, and you should not attempt it with a low-ground-clearance vehicle.
The caves are locked, except by arrangement with the one guy allowed to give tours. The walk up to Danger Cave is short, and not all that steep; the walk to Jukebox cave is steep, but fortunately not all that long.
