Nice, peaceful, no problem parking, and empty (no one but a couple other people were there that I saw so I had the whole place to myself really). Nice little cozy area to shore fish. Weeds weren’t bad and really pretty scenery. Had a really nice day besides not catching anything and getting sunburnt. Next time I’ll catch something and bring strong sunscreen with me too! What it really made me want was a kayak. There was some lady out there on hers and I was so jealous. She must of had an amazing view of the scenery n the water looked gorgeous to be out on a kayak. Read moreNo dogs allowed! The park ranger was real cool in letting us know we couldn't bring our dogs before we even unloaded everybody out of the car, so it's saved us some time. He said something about the bacteria or proteins that are common in dog waste can harm the ecosystem or poison in the reservoir drinking water or something like that.
