RAD HIKING SPOT WHERE YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOGS!!!!!!
Found this spot on the free app “All Trails” you can submit for specific things you are looking for; which for me would include places I can bring my two adorable pups.
First time I came here was around sunset and met a friend here for a hike which was amazing. The hike was a great work out and in shade most of the time and it was warm because of summer so I was glad that there was shade.
There is a parking lot with lots of easy parking and surprisingly when we came down the trail and we’re going to get in our car we were looking over the great view of the city. I thought we saw a silhouette of a horse but turns out it was a MOOSE!
My friend immediately jumped in my car with my two dogs as my husband preceded to walk towards Mr. Moose. The moose was standing tall very majestic like and wasn’t moving much. I asked my friend what was up with her sudden dash in the car move and she told me that moose can be super dangerous, to which I had NO idea and had never seen a moose before in real life!

Read moreI'm absolutely amazed by the breathtaking beauty of fall in Neff Canyon, Utah. The vibrant autumn trees, with their colorful leaves, create a mesmerizing landscape surrounded by spectacular mountain views. The lingering humidity in some part of the rocky trail adds a little touch of my tropical homeland, and it's wise to pack some bug spray cause we came across with a few mosquitoes. People of all ages, along with their furry companions, are out hiking and connecting with nature. To avoid parking hassles, consider an early visit. The sunlight accentuates the brilliance of the leaves, so bringing a hat is a great idea for those sunny days. Neff Canyon truly offers a unique and unforgettable experience of Utah's autumn...
Read moreNeff's Canyon has an easy to reach trailhead, but the canyon is a different story. Neff's Canyon is a tough, tough hike, almost completely vertical to the top and it is very wooded making it a great hike on a hot, sunny day. It's officially ranked as "difficult". It's all vertical no matter which trail you take. If you hike the main trail, which means going left at the main intersection, you continue climbing up toward a meadow. At a good pace it's about an hour-fifteen up, about 35 min. down. If you hike the Mt. Olympus section, right turn at the main intersection, it's still up and up and it's tough, but the steam continues to run longer down this arm of the hike. My thanks to those who...
