Site 15. Lovely campground. Really nice tent pad -- level, smooth, easy to set up large (10x17) tent. Campsites a bit close together. Clean vault toilets (though aging a bit). Nice camp hosts with firewood for sale. Potable water taps. We thought site 12 was probably the best at the campground. Sites 18-20 right on the lake are great, too, and perfect for a group. The road up to the camp is a bit windy and uphill, but those in RVs or pulling trailers seemed to manage it. Definitely...
   Read moreVery nicely kept small mountain lake in San Isabel Natl Forest. We took a picnic and spent the morning and early afternoon relaxing. The wind is a little rough but by midday slacks off. The restrooms and park were kept very nice by the park rangers, they were also friendly and helpful. There are a few spots for overnight camping, no electric hook ups that I saw but the night camping spots were all full. Road was windy and dusty but we didn’t mind....

We have a camper trailer and it works great with solar. Why do people think that we all want to hear the noise of an engine running all day long so they can watch TV at night and use there coffee maker in the mourning.
