I can’t say enough good things about Stargazer Social Club! We own a local business so having this nearby is just fantastic! We planned a Solar Eclipse Glamping event and asked them to come out one of the nights. It was definitely a highlight of the whole weekend!
Loren made the planning so easy and smooth. Provided me the list of supplies, came up with an AMAZING drink menu, provided outdoor furniture and did all the setup and take down. As a vendor and venue option, this seriously has it all!
The inside of this mobile bar and lounge is unlike anything else. They have carefully and thoughtfully planned every single detail. Even the music went along with the vibe!
It was a little chilly that weekend so most people were able to hang out inside and keep warm. There is plenty of space, lots of seating and tables to be comfortable.
It’s truly a work of art and makes your space feel so special. Having the mobile bar on my property was a statement piece in itself. It stands out in the best way. The dark green of the outside is just stunning and fits in with the landscape beautifully.
Being located in Moab, it makes for an amazing option for weddings, retreats, parties or anything where you want an elevated experience. It can be a big undertaking to plan for every detail but having someone do this for you and have the venue come to you, is just perfection.
You can also add flowers to your package with Tangled Sage. She does AMAZING flower arrangements and it really compliments the space.
If you are looking for a unique and fun addition to your event, I would highly recommend Stargazer Social Club! I want to plan all my events...

WOW. Wow, wow, wow!!! What an absolutely incredible event that Loren and Toni helped put together for my brother's wedding welcome party!
Being unfamiliar with Moab, I felt super lost when trying to plan this event...that is until I met the Stargazer Social Club team. They helped with planning every element, down to the drink menu, location, outdoor furniture, EVERYTHING!
We ended up finding the perfect location together at the Gold Bar Camp Site where we were surrounded by beautiful red rocks and right next to a lovely river. Loren set up the bus and strung these gorgeous bistro lights around the campsite making it feel like a hybrid of camping and classy. We had awesome high top tables set up where guests could rest their drinks and congregate around, plus beautiful outdoor lounge furniture. The inside of the bus was also AWESOME. Incredible decor and space to chill inside.
Also, the DRINKS!!! The drinks were SO so delicious, everyone was racing back for seconds and thirds (and maybe even fourths lol). Our bartender was also such a lovely guy and so personable with our guests.
Added bonus -- Toni offers floral services (Tangled Sage) for events and she did such an incredible job with making the event even more beautiful. We had this awesome bull skull filled with florals and it made the vibe feel so western and cool.

We absolutely loved working with Loren at Stargazer Social Club!! We did quite a bit of research before deciding on a bartender for our wedding at Red Earth Venue, but couldn’t resist Regina (the name of their beautiful bus) - she’s even more spectacular in person!! Loren was incredibly easy to work with and gave us exactly what we were looking for on our big day - He even helped us to make special custom signature cocktails - a blackberry French 75 (yum!! I included a zoomed-in photo, both photos taken by Palms and Lace!) and a demerara syrup old fashioned for my (now) husband :) Their curated specialty drink menu also looks incredible, we wish we could have tried everything! Loren gave us guidance on exactly what/how much alcohol to get and had a variety of classy drinkware options to choose from. Our friends and family loved taking photos and hanging out in the lounge. It was also great to have an extra indoor space for everyone to explore (and the lounge area feels even roomier in person). We truly felt like we were working with trusted friends even though we just met! If you’re trying to decide on a bartender, seriously look no further - we 1000% recommend Stargazer - everything was perfect, we can’t thank...
