Very nice place to visit, but they have to organize their ticketing system big, big time! They are charging 13 up, adult price, but when you are going in some courses, if your kid is not in a specific weight/ height requirements, they have access just to the kids activities/ zipline. In my opinion, you charge my kid an adult price, treat him/her as an adult, if not, consider them kids in all aspects. My other kid, because of the weight requirements he was able to go to the big zipline, but because he was alone, he got pushed away vs a big group of eight people, by the employees telling him (after he went to the top and waiting in line ), that he needed a reservation which wasn't true according to a manager, (I guess), who tried to straight things out offering us a voucher to use next day, for the inconvenience and complaining. So, when you pay, make sure what you're getting because even if is listed under your pass type, your kid won't be able to enjoy, and he/she being left very disappointed compared to the expectations. My kids are 13 in a month, and 14 years old. It happened that my 13 is 100lb and 14y -75lb. So, one is not meeting the age requirement and the other, the weight requirements, which I'm ok with that; but don't tell me that they can't ride when the flier you give me says that you have to weigh more than 50 lb, until you charge me full price, and after that, verbally you change the...
Read moreI'm a biker and I have a Suzuki SV650 that Jeni and I love to go biking on and make short day trips to places we want to see and visit. Well, we were in Park City, UT when we were headed into town when the Olympic Ski Park caught my eye and I had to stop and turn around since I'd missed the turn. We headed up the mountain and got to the Alf Engen Ski Museum just in time to see the Aerial Ski Jumpers performing and doing twists and turns and flips into the pool. It was really amazing. After their show ended we headed into the Museum to see an amazing array of memorabilia of the Winter Olympics 2002. It was Epic. Lots of interesting stuff there and just the right amount to visit and not take up too much time on a sunny, summery riding day. Now... off to Cafe' Zupas for...
Read moreI have lived in the "Top of Utah" since 2009 and had not been to the 2002 Olympics area or this Museum, located in Park City. I also didn't know they had Olympics practice and public access to the venues. You can actually pay to bobsled, etc...way cool! It was nice to happen on this place while vacationing. Visiting again? You betcha! All staff were mindful of and enforced sanitation, physical distancing & masks. Fairly decent amount of parking. Bring your on picnic right now...it didn't look like the cafe/eating area was open. (Lots of fast food places just below the mountain.) Highly recommend this for the whole...
