Tree Frogs Wooden Swing Set Factory - Tucson — Attraction in Four Corners States

Had a great experience with Rick and TreeFrog. Told him I'd leave a review and didn't want to break my promise.

This review is actually a few years overdue. We purchased our playsystem about 6 years ago. I remember it being installed very quickly (1-2 days) and with no issues. We've used it a lot since then and made a lot of good memories with the kids.

I remember it being really easy working with Rick. He took us on a tour of the TreeFrog outdoor showroom, explained the benefits and pricing and gave us a good idea of next steps, should we decide on purchasing the product. Working with Rick through the construction process was seamless. He was always prepared, available, gave us a heads up when the crew was going to show up and gave us a rundown of what they were going to be doing. Once they were done, he came by to check on everything, and to make sure we were happy with the product and installation. Time has gone by quick, and the playset held up just fine. No issues at all.

I recently called him up again to request a new swing. During the install, he mentioned that once the kids grow up, we can switch from the bucket swing to the regular one. Again, the process was seamless - since I called ahead, he had it ready for me when I showed up and it was great catching up.

We wanted to get a play structure for our kids in our backyard. We ordered the one we thought would fit, but when they came it install it, we found the structure we ordered would not fit. The installer and the manager of the store worked with us and we found a different structure that would fit where we needed it to go and even though it was supposed to be $400 more, they split the cost with us and still got the new structure installed that day.

Fast forward a few months and we notice some cracks in the frame. We called and sent pictures to the store and they came out to check it at no charge. After checking the structure, there was no damage and it was just surface cracks. While checking the structure, they also tightened all the bolts for us which they would normally charge for but did it as a courtesy since they were already coming.

Two years ago we decided to buy a set from Tree Frogs and it was the best money ever spent on the kids. The quality is unmatched and the staff there were amazing with helping us chose the set that fit our needs and our budget. One of our 4 kiddos wears leg braces and we were concerned with his ability to be able to play on a set with his siblings. Tree Frogs were able to not only suggest, but modify and build our set of choice to include a ramp to make it ADA accessible and absolutely perfect. My favorite part is that the metal parts are treated to not retain heat, unlike the sets you can buy at Walmart or Costco, so these are amazing for the AZ sun. Only after 2 years did I today need to go back in and ask questions and buy some extra stain to cover the wear marks of countless hours of fun from the kids. Rick in the front office was amazing in answering my questions and setting us up with the right stain to preserve our set. Could not recommend them...
