Look, I'm sure the folks that made this mean well, and its doing no one any harm but I was deeply underwhelmed by this place.

For starters, there is no tower, there is a one story, one room domed concrete building with a scaffold on top. Standing at roof level of a one story building does not qualify as a "tower" of any kind. When we stopped by the building/shop and scaffold were closed.

There is a kind of junk garden outside the "tower" where you can find some home spun alien art/sculpture and a "garden" of personal items left by visitors. Leave an item, make a wish, and the "entities" that guard the place will help you in some way. Frankly it looked like a lot of trash though reading the explanation put it in some context and I could appreciate it a bit more. Looking around carefully it became interesting to see what people left of themselves.

The art felt kind of haphazard and without much effort/love put into it. Hey its a big satellite dish, let's prop it up and paint two eyes on it, presto its an alien now! That was one of the nicer "sculptures".

On arriving a sign tells you, "If you are reading this you are on private property and are obliged to pay us $2." I scrounged up what change I had on hand and put it in the box but it felt kind of rude to advertise the place by the road and then demand money just for being on premises when all I can really do is look at the objects other travelers...

This place has a strong cosmic energy because of the two Vortex thar wee spiraling here. If you are sensitive when you walk up to the tower you will feel the strength of the Vortexs and you may get tbe feeling your head is spinning. I became light headed here immediately after 5mins and I got a sense hat I was being watched. On the other side of the Vortexs I sense a presence and I asked the guardians to balance my mind and my energy levels. The night there after I had a dream that I gave someone CPR. This was a confirmation that my asking of the guardians was accomplished because this is a sign your life letting go of a negative block. When you go to the tower you must use spiritual intuition and higher mind in oder to receive the benefits. When I walked up to see Candice (tower operator) she I initially had blue eyes but when I left her eyes turned hazel. This was a sign to me as well that Candice had a message for me to receive. She showed me some art from a women that could communicate with the star people. The star people confirmed much with me that day. I am carry g the energy of the Vortex. The only complaint I had was all of the objects people leave behind. Some of these objects were blocking the good energy from the Vortex and it made it hard to feel the amplified energy. I love this place and will be going back...

As an Empath and Energy worker this place was more intense than I could have ever imagined🤯 Outside was much easier to navigate but inside especially the back room blew me away... Energetically that it is😅 So much that I literally was shaking, sweating and almost hyperventilating🥴🤪 I did not prepare myself for this visit as much as I thought I did. The day I came the Energy all around was already causing havoc even the dogs and other animals were feeling it and showing it. Unfortunately I was just passing through and when I came back to talk to Judy about her experiences she was out for the day. I personally have had many experiences with all this and now I can chalk up this experience as one too. If you are an Energy worker please ground yourself and protect your energy field before you go in. It will make for such a more beautiful experience I'm sure😌👽✨🤗 I hope to see Judy again maybe even on another planet☺️🥰 Stay...

A true piece of roadside Americana kitsch, a labor of love by small-time operators. This place isn't glitzy or slick or touristy like some roadside attractions; rather, it's a shining example of the wacky things Americans get up to Way Out West. Very much worth a stop if you're into cryptids, stargazing, or roadside Americana. We stopped in on a March Monday when absolutely no one else was around and it was pretty interesting to wander around and see the "garden", go up on the viewing platform, and peek in the windows of the fieldstone geodesic cube gift shop. I can imagine that even with more people there it'd still be just as much fun if not more. Our visit was in the middle of the day, and we weren't camping, but lightpollutionmap.info rates this location as Bortle Class 2, almost as pristine a dark sky location as is possible. Stay here on a clear night and you probably could see any UFOs that happened by!

Fun, quirky roadside stop. Great boondock camping (fire pits with grates and decent porta potties) for cheap, too. Don't expect a giant roadside attraction: you've got the observation deck, the gift shop (with limited hours), the "garden" area, and the campsites. If you're out and about in this area doing the tourist thing, stop by! And if you're looking for a cheap campsite without having to go on BLM land and risk bad roads, this is an EXCELLENT place to camp (you can access the observation deck after hours, too!). $10/night last time I was there but this is subject to change. All in all, great place to check out. I've talked to the owner a couple of times and while I'm still a bit of a skeptic, I'm jealous of her for being so (a) passionate about something and (b) having the means to pursue that passion. Stop by!

It’s hard really to explain what this place is unless you come here yourself. I stopped by because I saw it on Instagram and it seemed like an interesting place, but wow, it ended up being so much more. I actually ended up coming back several times to make a documentary on my YouTube channel (search Opassa Travels on YouTube if you’re interested in watching it). If you actually believe in aliens, UFOs, and the paranormal, you will have a blast here. Lots of fascinating facts, stories, news articles, and local folklore. Even if you’re not a believer, it’s still a fun place to visit! Make sure you bring a personal trinket or something to leave in the garden!
