1st post: After a round of telephone tag, š, had one of the best calls of my life! Matthew was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and informative. He virtually held my virtual hand and guided me through the website, available inventory, and item selection and purchase. *A note of critique: I received 4 emails confirming purchase, but three of them were to the source. The 4th one was my receipt with correct shipping information. Oops!
2nd post: I've now had multiple interactions with this company over multiple months and the service, products, and delivery remain top notch! Especially the service. Matthew was and remains an excellent representative for the company. His knowledge of product and willingness to take the time to guide the customer to the best option for their needs is refreshing. The products recommended by Matthew were on point for my vision quests and arrived in a timely manner. I remain a very satisfied customer.
3rd post: And, once again, I find myself leaving a positive review. This review, however, is targeted to service. Imo, great customer service ratings are earned over time, and this is a case in point. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matthew again and was delighted to experience the same, high-quality customer service he has provided in previous calls. Rating: 9.8 on a 1-10 scale.
4th post: Part of great customer service is a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative (CSR). Matthew's would be the face pic next to its definition. This CSR knows my voice, knows to listen to the customer's initial comments so as to orient his focus to their needs and wants, knows the part(s) of Wumaniti's extensive inventory in which I'm interested, knows my order history because he has already accessed my account activity, knows inventory, product specifications, alternatives for those on a fixed or tight budget, purchase units, and knows how to seamlessly move between one product line and another. My journey now calls for another product and Matthew is knowledgeable about that product line, too. Colour me pleased.
5th post: A company open to customer critique and suggestion. What a concept! And what a rare quality in today's business environment. Both the owner and Customer Service Representative (CSR) Matt welcomed my critique of what to do when not open during posted hours/days. My suggestion to clear Voice Mail (VM) more often so space is maintained for customer messages was taken in the spirit with which it was offered; namely, improved customer experience. Placing my order with Matt was, as always, pleasant, informative, and seamless. Matt letting me know that prices for Members have been reduced was not only good news to me, but speaks of a business which has as a policy, be honest with your customers....

They appear to be sweet and thoughtful until you realize they are money hungry and the quality of products is not that great! No refund she stated. It was thrown on me to buy a bigger package that I did not understand. Money hungry for horse lessons, hemp clothes, more product. She just saw me as an atm. I asked Gemma if there were places to stay and instead she invited me to stay in her smelly tack room with a bed after she asked for me to pay for her gas and food and entrance into sand dunns hot springs for her and her daughter over $300 worth for 1 hour of soaking for my kids. When we arrive we only got to soak for 30 min after making sure everyone was fed. I ended up getting sick and she started getting mad at me. She definitely got upset when she couldnāt get any more money out of me and her attitude started changing after I started catching in to her greed for more of my money. 2hr drive at 6pm at night didnāt get home until 1am. She started to scare my children and we left her property and donāt ever want to experience this type of behavior from a Gemma ever again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI met Gemma by chance at the ashram in Taos I was in Taos for a yoga meditation retreat The roommate I had is friends with her and I guess he told her about my sleep and back pain issues She said she could help A few days later I found myself in her store There I met Matthew I got a bottle of CBD oil and brought it home I slept really well taking it I was also very curious about other plant medicine and just recently received and tried a cycle of psilocybin And can't forget the Buddha PM bar I was hoping to get more sleep and that hasn't happened yet I do feel less anxious I think I feel closer to my spiritual practice and connection The first dose of the psilocybin I took I went to a local Buddhist temple It was a nicer experience than usual Not that it's ever bad Both Gemma and Matthew have been very helpful and understanding as I always have a ton of questions and probably ask the same ones repeatedly I am looking forward to enhancing my experience and getting my sleep issues resolved and deepening my spiritual practice Oh I must add I have been off my anti-inflammatories a a few days to see how it goes.
