Very disappointed. We ordered fall seasonal share from the farm for 10 weeks and expected to get what we paid for (organic fresh local produce). Only first three shares had fresh vegetables the rest was such a shame...frozen potatoes, withered lettuce, dry white sweet potatoes bitten by some animal...needless to say that most produce that we got wasn’t actually organic, according to the list of organic vegetables that came from the Farm. Moreover, when we pointed out that we got only few apples for our family of five and it seems to us a bit overpriced share, we got a response from the farm: “if you bought the Fall Farm Share looking for a “deal” that is simply not how CSA’s work. Retailers like Produce Junction have plenty of low cost, most imported or second quality produce, available at discount prices if that is what you are seeking.” Thank you for advice! Wide variety of veggies as the season goes on, from May to early November. I purchase a half-share and it is plenty for 2-4 people.
