If you've never gone to a play at the villagers or the Blackbox you're missing out on local culture. Last night at the last minute we were able to get three seats to see Nunsense in the Black Box the seats cost $15 a piece less than a meal at McDonald's or a drink at the Stage House. The show was better than amazing. We brought our 9 year old and she had a fabulous time meeting the actors performers after the show. I have been going here for over 40 years and I have never seen the show I did not like nor have I ever had a seat that was bad

This is a wonderful theatre. It has ample parking and great prices. There aren’t any “bad seats” because of the proximity to the stage. The costumes look fabulous, the choreography is amazing, and the actors are wonderful. I plan to return with my children to continue exposing them to theatre. There are snacks available before and during the play.

What an incredible performance! Matilda was a magical experience from start to finish. The child actors were absolutely amazing, full of energy, talent, and heart. The production was creative, well-directed, and full of charm. A huge congratulations to the entire cast and crew for bringing this beloved story to life.

I have so many wonderful memories of this place. I went to theatre camp here over the summer many years ago & studied under the very talented Janet Cantore-Watson, Jennifer Deshotel & Judy Sanger. They taught me so much about the performing arts, all of which made me appreciate acting, theatre, direction & all over discipline so much more. This is such an amazing place filled with lots of dedicated beautiful souls. My experience at Villagers made me a more dutiful person & sometimes my life even today needs one of Janet's "Company Calls" to which I'd gratefully reply "Thank You". Please check out any of their productions or if possible become a benefactor of the theatre. You'd be investing in the future of many...

For the first time, my daughter performed here for a piano recital for her music school. The seating of the theater is great because there are good views no matter where you sit. However, there is a small lip/step you must cross over to get to the aisle which proposes a minimal risk. Also, there were no assigned seats when purchasing the tickets so it was first-come-first-serve of where people sat. As a result, the crowd pushed aggressively at the theater entrance which also produced a level of risk and uncomfortability. The sound quality of the piano was good. The stage appeared somewhat old and unkept, as there were boxes of storage stuff at the back of the entrance when you enter...
