We've visited Browns Branch several times and it's a very nice park. The parking lot is large and conveniently located. They have several spots with picnic tables. There's a really nice trail that runs through the surrounding woods and a couple large fields for kite flying. There's also baseball fields and volleyball courts. The playground is really nice and well maintained. It's completely fenced with a single entrance and exit so you can be sure your child won't easily escape. There's a small playset for younger kids and a larger one for the bigger kids along with several swings and rock climbing areas. It's well kept and clean. Read moreI visited browns branch and it was disgusting. I used to swim here as a kid but I pick up an entire backpack full of trash from along the stream. Theres so much trash I couldnt pick it all up. Then i got out of the woods to throw it out properly and there is NO TRASHCANS anywhere on the property. If you're going to provide grills and picnic tables trash needs to be available as well. I truly hope someone steps up the way I did it took me 2 and a half hours to walk my dogs on a .5 mile trail just purely because of the trash. Including dirty diapers and discarded clothing. Read moreIf you want a peaceful, serene, get back to nature experience, add this park to your "gotta go there" list. The trails are well maintained and easy for kids traverse or travel by shallow water through the winding creek bed. This park also offers multiple picnic spots with grills and ample green space for running around. As of today 9-1-2020, the playground is still closed due to covid. The only negative to our adventure today was all the trash left behind by others; lots and lots of used diapers, old chip bags, and soda bottles....
