Peaceful and picture-perfect beach! Dorsch Beach is a beautiful, relaxing spot with clear and calm water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling or just unwinding by the shore. It’s a family-friendly beach with natural shade in some areas, making it comfortable for a day visit.

The sunsets here are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect place to wind down in the late afternoon.

📌 Tip: Some parts of the beach are rocky, so bringing water shoes is a good idea. Parking is available along the roadside.

A serene, scenic spot that offers the perfect blend of beauty and...

This is a really great beach close Fredriksted but far enough to be out of town. Great sand with shade trees aplenty. You can hang out, swim, and snorkel all at the same place.

The snorkeling here might be the best on the island. It is very accessible for all abilities and had the best biodiversity I saw on the island. All types of fish, eels, lobsters, crab, stingrays, octopus, turtles, coral really great. It is best between the resort and about 200yds north then out to the buoys.

Don't miss this...

This is by far the most beautiful beach on the island. We went to several other beaches on the north coast (Cane Bay, Mermaid, Rainbow) but we kept coming back to Dorsch. It has the longest stretch of white sand beach with crystal clear waters, it felt like you were swimming in a pool. The only thing it lacks is any beach chair or kayak rentals that other beaches offers, but you can’t beat the view...

Scrap Rainbow beach and come here when in the West End, especially if there is a cruise ship in town. The sand and water color are better and it is mostly locals or people who have found out! Plenty of shade trees and the water is crystal clear. Lots of fish and creatures to see for snorkling. Water is very calm and warmer than other beaches.
