Freeburg Recreation Park — Attraction in Freeburg

Very similiar to Central Park in New York. Differences are negligible. The Freeburg Central Park has far less people, which is nice. The local kids seem to use the front parking lot to smoke and make-out, but that's usually not to big a problem.

The tennis courts are decent, but sometimes the skate park kids come over and steal your tennis balls... which sucks.

The water feature is a nice touch. See people fishing there all the time. Never have seen anyone catch a fish though.

10/10 reccomend checking this place out. Real...

Ok park just becuse it is not in St. Louis and is about 1 hour away if you are from downtown area take i55 to i64 to i 255 to highway 15 there a quicker way is i55 to barock Obama ave to 10th to highway 15 tuder ave to 15tth to bond to 26th to highway 15 same time as i255 coming from the south city area take i255 to highway 15 5 minnits shorter highway 3 to highway 185 to the road to free burg 10 longer 185 through millstadt to highway...

Nice park good walking trail and the rocks dont really hurt your feet if you wish to be barefoot the grass feels good on bare feet as well has a little area for skating that could be bigger in my opinion a nice little pond with a fountain room for basketball and tennis the grass would be good for football as its soft not too much litter either all in all a very...
